The YMCA of Columbia will hold a special meeting to consider proposed amendments to it's Constitution.

It is anticipated that these Amendments will be presented and voted on at the Annual Meeting at 6:00 pm
on Thursday May 1, 2008 at the Uptown YMCA, 1420 Sumter Street, Columbia, SC.

The proposed Amendments have been discussed and reviewed by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the YMCA. All members are encouraged to direct any questions or comments concerning the proposed Amendments to any member of the Executive Committee, any member of the Board of Directors or the
Executive Director of the YMCA.
