Health & Wellness

Power Yoga
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM
Mind/Body Room
A challenging, intense form of practice incorporating various yoga postures focusing on the flow of breath and building heat. Practice will vary by class from holding poses longer in order to build isometric strength and flexibility, to a more flowing (vinyasa) style with a greater variety of postures. Previous yoga experience is advised.

W.O.W. Women On Weights

Women ages 15 & over
This four week course is designed to help women learn how to use free weight equipment. Includes: Instruction of a variety of free weight exercises, safety and proper form. Two to three muscle groups will be covered within each class. Contact Elizabeth Lindsey For more information: 407-8007 x26.

Childwatch

We will watch your child in a supervised area for two hours per day, per child while you workout. (Included in family membership).

Triathlon Club

For the first time triathlete to the advanced competitor, this club is for anyone interested in doing triathlons! This group will participate in group workouts, have quarterly guest speakers And train to participate in upcoming triathlons.

Membership Includes:
Monthly meetings with special guest speakers

Massage

Introducing HOT STONE MASSAGE Therapy! Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage therapy in which water-treated stones are placed at specific sites on the client's body to promote relaxation and to help open up energy pathways. Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations.

YFit (ages 12-14)
Jumpstart (ages 10-11)

Program focuses on teaching the basic components of physical fitness, warmup, cardiovasular, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cool down.

YOGAKIDS
Ages: 3-5 years old and K5-5th grade
An introduction to Yoga that teaches kids breathing, relaxation and simple poses. Provides them with relaxation and stretching skills they can use throughout their lives. Classes are 30 minutes. Please check the group exercise schedule for class times for your child’s age level.

ZUMBA KIDS
Ages: K5-5th grade
A fun class designed with kids in mind! A great way for kids to stay in shape and get a great cardiovascular, low impact work-out to the salsa beat! Please check the group exercise schedule for class times.

Boot Camp

High intensity workout program that focuses on stamina, agility, and sports specifics.

Pilates

Introduction to the fundamental movements, exercises and basic terminology used in our Pilates mat classes.

Zumba

This class combines energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allows the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.


Silversneakers & Active Older Adults

Exercise and wellness program for seniors. Classes for all fitness levels.

Ab blast

Come to this class to tone your belly. Every exercise in this class is designed to work your mid-section.

Bodysculpting

The emphasis of this class is toning and strengthening the whole body.

Cardio mix

An aerobics class incorporating a variety of modalities including step, kickboxing and floor aerobics.

Dance cardio

If you like to dance and you need to exercise, then this might be your bag.

Cardio mix

Cycle Reebok

Take the ride of your life with a Certified Cycle Instructor and only 10 other members. Cycle Reebok incorporates the non-impact, high-calorie-burning benefits of cycling along with proper biomechanics and motivational techniques based on sports psychology.

Fit & Firm

This class is a combination of aerobic exercise (including step) with resistance training.

Yoga

We offer various forms of yoga including gentle, flowing, and intermediate.

Kickboxing

An interval workout using athletic combinations of kicks, punches, jabs, blocks, etc.

Rep Reebox

Reebok’s program for effective strength training activity. The program uses the platform and free weights (bars and dumbbells) to increase muscle tone, shape and function.
