Sponsorship Form
Without the help of corporate sponsorships the operation of our sports leagues would not be possible. Sponsorships help bridge the cost of uniforms, field equipment, trophies, and will provide scholarship opportunities for children in our community. Remember, these sponsorships are charitable contributions and are tax deductible! |

Ultimate Frisbee Registration Form
Registration: April 7 - May 30
Spring Season: June 14 - July 26
Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact competitive game played as a team. The game is played with a Frisbee and is very similar to football in the scoring sense. The object of the game is to score points by passing the Frisbee to a player in the opposing end-zone. Once a player has caught the Frisbee they may not run but may use a pivot foot in order to pass down the field. Ultimate Frisbee takes team work and leadership abilities. |

Cost: $50 (members) $65 (non - members)
Registration: March 1st - April 14th Practice/Games: Coaches will determine what night and time his/her team will practice.
Teams will only have one practice a week. In case of inclement weather, coaches will decide whether practices will be cancelled. Games are played Tuesday and Thursday evening beginning on May 1st and until May 24th. |
